I oversaw the launch of the second Kenya Devolution Support Programme (KDSPII) following a 4-day orientation for the county programme steering committee (CPSC), county programme technical committee (CPTC), and county programme implementation unit (CPIU) by the State Department of Devolution. This programme, funded by the World Bank with USD 150M over four years, aims to improve county performance through enhanced financial management, coordination, and resource accountability. It focuses on improving systems for intergovernmental coordination, institutional performance and human resource management.
