The Inspectorate Unit is a key component within the county, responsible for monitoring and implementing county regulations and other Acts within its competence.
Assented into law, the Kilifi Inspectorate Service Act, 2024, with the already established Kilifi County Court, the act will provide a framework for the enforcement of county laws, administration, and regulation of the actions of county inspectorate officers as passed by the County Assembly.
