The current meeting underscores the collective commitment of Eastern African leaders to regional solidarity and integration. We are united in our endeavors to mobilize collective action for the benefit of our citizens and the entire African continent. I wholeheartedly endorse Hon Raila Odinga’s candidacy for Chairperson of the African Union Commission, confident in his capacity to unite Africa for a prosperous future.

I also express my gratitude to President H.E William Samoei Ruto for his endorsement of Hon Raila Odinga’s candidacy. This launch symbolizes our unity as a country and East Africa, as we unite to advocate for Honorable Raila with one resounding voice.
