At the Kilifi County Executive, we prioritize Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) as critical tools for enhancing accountability, transparency, and the effectiveness of our programs and projects. Led by Governor Gideon Maitha Mung’aro and Deputy Governor Flora Mbetsa Chibule, our M&E framework is designed to ensure that all county initiatives are implemented efficiently, deliver the intended outcomes, and contribute to the overall development of Kilifi County.
