Today, we did a beach cleanup exercise at Vidazini Beach to enhance its accessibility and environmental quality. Our administration is committed to opening all road access from Mtwapa to Malindi, ensuring residents and tourists can enjoy our beautiful beaches.
My administration is progressing with plans to install street lights and construct watchtowers along our coastlines, improving safety and extending beach hours. In our commitment to environmental stewardship, we’re introducing a waste disposal solution with a new machine that will safely burn waste, minimizing environmental impact.
We are also actively collaborating with coastal governors and preparing to meet in Rome to discuss tourism development and strengthen regional ties, supported by our generous donors.
We wish the immediate Cabinet secretary Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife – Kenya, Dr. Alfred Mutua all the best in his endeavours
