We are pleased to welcome Capital Compass Group and their vision for the development of Royal Tulia Gardens in Malindi, a project that will consist of 96 high-end vacation apartments. The group is made up of Kenyans living in the Diaspora who have selected Kilifi, the Kenyan Riviera, as their retirement and vacation destination.
