Today’s meeting with the county executive committee members, chief officers, and other high-ranking county officials was truly enlightening. The Director General of the Kenya School of Government, Prof. Nura Mohamed, and his team of experts presented a detailed evaluation report based on the performance contracts of the various departments within Kilifi County Government for the financial year ending in 2023/2024. The report examined various factors including affirmative action in procurement, service delivery, core mandates, and other important issues.
The evaluation report provided a comprehensive overview of the county’s service delivery during the financial year 2023/2024. This report is essential for our future planning and execution of responsibilities to the people of Kilifi County. Today, we concluded the evaluation meeting and will now focus on addressing areas that require improvement to ensure that every citizen of Kilifi County experiences improved service delivery.
