In a bid to enable the full operationalization of the county’s agricultural training centers as envisioned in my Agricultural Transformation Plan, I assented into law the Kilifi County Agricultural Training Centers Act, 2024.
Once gazetted, the act will provide for the establishment of Kilifi County agricultural training centers such as ATC Mtwapa and create a structure for effective competence-based training, research, and technology in agriculture.
