I presided over the Jumuiya ya County Za Pwani (JKP) Governor’s Summit and the 4th edition of the county revenue sharing formula, attended by Governors Godhana Dhadho Gaddae(Tana River), Abdullswamad Sheriff Nassir (Mombasa), Issa Timamy (Lamu), Andrew Mwadime (Taita Taveta), and representatives of Kwale County, among other stakeholders at Pride Inn Shanzu.
The meeting was part of a progressive approach towards consolidating and charting a clear future for the coastal people with a shared prosperity agenda.
As Chairman of the Coast Economic Bloc, I remain steadfast in advocating for the interests of our region and have an equal share of resources to drive our counties’ development agenda forward.
