This plan aims to establish a common vision and purpose by identifying strategies, providing guidance, setting priorities, managing risks, and ensuring efficient allocation and use of resources. I am confident that the successful execution of this plan will enhance our performance and fulfill our main objectives by delivering concrete results to the people of Kilifi, thereby contributing significantly to our development goals.
