Our diversity, Our strength, One Orange!
Led by our Party Leader Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga, I attended the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party National Governing Council (NGC) 2024 alongside my Deputy Hon. Flora Mbetsa Chibule and other distinguished delegates at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi.
This important event is a key part of the planning for the Party Grassroots Elections, which are scheduled to begin on April 27th. The goal is to further solidify and enhance the party’s presence nationwide.
The National Governing Council has endorsed the new three member National Elections Coordination Committee to replace the defunct National Elections Board, the establishment of County Elections committee and unanimously endorsed our Party Leader Rt. Hon Raila Odinga as a candidate to the AU High Commissioner Chairperson. Members expressed their concerns about the nationwide healthcare crisis and urged the Government to explore solutions to resolve the ongoing doctors’ strike.
