Pass Out Parade

Company
Earlier today, I presided over the Pass Out Parade and closing ceremony of the Kilifi County Enforcement Officers’ capacity building training at Sahajanand, Mtwapa in Kilifi South Sub-county. A total of 93 Officers successfully completed their refresher training.
The parade signified the conclusion of 3 weeks of intensive training, during which the officers acquired vital skills such as drill and parade duties, physical training, and knowledge of the Kilifi County Inspectorate Service Act 2024, Inspectorate Service standing orders, Evidence Act, Devolution, and Chapter 6 of the 2010 Constitution.
I commended the officers for their dedication to the challenging training program and encouraged them to uphold the values of integrity, honor, selflessness, diligence, teamwork, and loyalty in carrying out their professional responsibilities, which embody the esteemed tradition of Officers. I also had the privilege of presenting awards to officers who demonstrated outstanding performance during their training.
The ceremony was attended by Hon. Yaye Ahmed Shosi, CECM Kilifi Department of Public Service Management, Mr. Karisa Mwaringa, Director, Enforcement, Donor representative Mr. Jayendra Hirani, Municipality Managers, Political Advisor of the Office of the Governor Hon. Nixon Mramba, Fikirini Jacobs, Governor’s Delivery Unit – Kilifi County and other esteemed guests.
